Here it is guys. Check out this marvel of technology and machining!

:razz: OK so it's nothing much, but it works perfectly. Just a soft cheap piece of steel. I heated it up and made a few bends in a vise. Drilled a hole a little undersize then hogged it out with a small round file. Does the trick. Blown heads and stuck cases no longer slow me down.

To make a bunch I'd just need to make a jig and maybe a precise drill bit. The most time was taken in getting that hole only a few thou over the shaft. I'm not sure how precise it needs to be, but I didn't feel like starting over by hogging the hole out too much.

[smilie=s: Hi SS Steve.Drill undersize,and ream to proper size.Drill bits are never accurate enough for final size holes for precision builds.
