Can anyone tell me about this design? Seems excellent to me for basically all 30 calibers.
Lacking a schematic drawing of the bullet I am guessing it is a bore riding design forward of the crimp groove and it is clearly a gas check with 1.5-2:1 sized driving bands:lube grooves.
Should weigh ~150 grains.
Too bad a two cavity version costs over $100! Though I must say all my SAECO molds are excellent, rivaling MP but in iron.
Wish NOE or Arsenal or MP would clone this thing.
