Can't delete attachments

Trying to upload a pic and it will not let me. I went into user cp and deleted all attachments already. But if I go to upload a new attachment they are all still there and will not let me upload anymore. I have 40 attachments that are still there when I try to upload a new one. There is no place for you to delete these.

They now have disappeared. Strange it took a few hours after I deleted them to actually be deleted in the system.
