Found this in the bottom of a box of parts I picked up. Looks like PVC pipe with lead base, 3 1/8" tall x 1 5/8" OD x 1 3/8" ID. Not familiar with it, anyone know what it is?

Looks like a powder trickler body.

It is a powder trickler from the mid 80's I still use mine

Yup, agree with Pressman and Rusty. It’s just missing the crank spout. Maybe it rolled under the bottom flap of your box?

Cut a piece of copper tubing that fits the hole about 6 to 7 inches long. Find a couple of o rings that fit the tube tightly to lock the tube in place. Cut a piece of wood dowel and drill a hole in it on one end to make a handle for the tube. Drill a hole into one side of the tube that is half way between the sidewalls of the interior of the body of the trickler. You now have a very good powder trickler for your reloading needs. I have made them out of PVC pipe. Anything that has a tube is a candidate for home made powder tricklers. They work just as well as the factory made ones. james

Not that lucky, guess I'll make a crank like TNsailorman suggested.
