Correct. Table saw blade kerf setter.
I thought this one would be harder.
These are not to common.
Even back in the days.
I don't even think anyone uses them anymore.
Not sure young people even know what the kerf is????

With carbide tipped blades that would chip the carbide or break it loose and make it worse than before.

If I remember correct, with carbide tipped blades, the tip is off set for the kerf.
The teeth are straight.
With those you just sharpen the teeth.
But, if I remember correct, you have to angle the face, and it had to alternate.
