I really enjoy my Rebel 17--get a smile on my face every time I remove the clean brass

One thing that I noticed is the rollers will wear after 6-12 months--I believe it's considered normal fair wear and tear.

STM has replacement rollers but I've always felt they were a bit over priced.

So this time I decided to see if I could source the rubber tubing cheaper.

Turns out it's metric ID of 10 mm and OD of 20 mm.

Cutting to the chase I found replacement hose at a car speed shop. $3 per foot plus shipping but that's still much better than the cost from STM.

I did get it in red just because I could

I'm sure you can find it at other speed shops but here is the one I used: https://www.verociousmotorsports.com/

I switched to a clear vinyl tubing on mine that seems to hold up a little better. It’s also a little less diameter which gives the unit a bit more torque, at the expense of a bit of speed.
