Skinner is now marketing a good looking ladder sight. I bought a Smith Interprise ladder from Brownells some time ago. I put it on a Uberti '73. The rifle was hopeless for accuracy but the sight was great.

Looking for ones with the later U notch , the Australian ones are the correct type but look like a one eyed blacksmith has made it

"One eyed Blacksmith" ! I have to remember that fine description.
Down here some mechanics are referred to as "two tooled".. a screwdriver and a pliers.
