For a Dutch Beaumont, am looking for 300 to 360-ish round nose projectiles, coated or lubed.

I see lots of round nose flat points offered, but those tend to not feed properly. Original design for this rifle is a round nose.

The only one i found so far that comes close (have them on order) are these spitzers from Penn bullets.

Tried .455 Webley but those are just a bit undersized; tapered bore runs for .457 to .454.

Any idea where to get these? (besides casting them myself)

Not planning on paying more then 30 cents per projectile either :)

So, I've been shooting these commercial cast bullets in my Beaumonts. They're accurate with both smokeless 5744 and 4198 at about 24 grains, and with blackpowder 1 fg at 60 grains:

I'm shooting the .460" diameter bullets, btw.

A bit heavier than the Bmnt service load but is also accurate in my Beaumonts with the same powders as above.
Hope this helps.
