Primer Tubes

Anyone know the manufacturer of these tubes. The feed shutoff is by rotating the tube.

They look homemade. Looks like fuel line.

Not right off the top of my head, they would be for an automatic press, C-H possibly.

Those tube are For The Vamco primer seater . the inner Hole Is off center. and does shut off as ca_reloader states
But where is the rest of the machine. The tubes I believe do not interChange with other seaters
