S&W 380 Auto single stack magazine with belt holder

Greetings all. It's been quite a while. I have a S&W 380 Auto single stack magazine and belt holder collecting dust, and I need to donate to sign up for Team Boolits again. I'll cover shipping (CONUSA), donation goes to Willy Snyder with reference to me. (Mods, if this is not kosher, let me know.)

Caveat: Unfortunately I have no idea what model it's designed for. Photos attached, albeit j-word cartridges not included.
