My settings are correct and I'm not getting instant notifications!

Same thing happened to me a few months ago. This is what I found, and it's been fine since I fixed it:

"Learned something new today. My email "Provider" - Yahoo - has been blocking emails from Cast Boolits, before they get to my email "Program" on my computer. Changed webmaster@gunloads.com to a "contact", and now I'm getting my PM notification emails again.
I think I have this resolved - for now."

For me, when I had the problem, I logged into my mail account with the mail provider. In my case yahoo.com. Once I had my mail page up, I found the contacts list, clicked on it, and then clicked on add contact. I entered webmaster@gunloads.com as a contact and saved it, and I've been getting the notices ever since.
I'm not sure where to find the contact list for other email providers.
