I can't say, fan boy, but I bought a 365 that's the bomb! 11 rounds of 9mm in a such a compact weapon, and I almost forget is there! I think some early ones had a few teething problems, but mines been flawless!

Far and away my favorite autoloader brand. Actually I'm a revolver guy but occasionally succumb to the need to make a lot of noise quickly, ergo the SIGs.

However the most miserable piece of gun(?) wannabe, was an early Mosquito. I couldn't find someone that wanted that gun(?) fast enough. Rarely was I able to fire a full magazine without some failure, plus couldn't hit the inside of a 5 gallon bucket holding the gun(?) inside the bucket. Bought the 22 RF conversion for my P220 and am more than satisfied with that. Accurate, reliable and full size.

I really like it.

I've two of them. A P220 and a P5. They are excellent. I would also like a 229 in 357 SIG. The one I fired was superbly accurate.

The Mosquito, on the other hand, doesn't even work as a boat anchor.

Congrats, and I envy your collection of these fine-plus ;) firearms! Thirty-plus -- maybe closer to 40 -- years back I saw a .380acp Sig (Model 230) in its cardboard box in the case at a not too distant shop. "Love at first sight" I asked if I might check it out, with shop owner immediately voicing that as it was out of my price range it would be a waste of effort and time. If I had any doubts re purchase -- his words immediately erased them, and I quipped right back it be probably true, but MY fear is he sells so few he has to glean every penny out of each sale. Long story short? It followed me home, and I still love it as much as my first sight of it!

The X5 has always intrigued me. How do you like it? How’s the accuracy?

Man I am jealous of that P210! Ive lusted for a clean original for some time, such a fantastic gun on many levels and yours looks very clean and the 22 kit on top of that! Bravo!

I bought my first Sig here about 6 months ago. I picknup a new P365XL. While not a magnificent piece like all your P series it is built for business and its very well suited for it. It is of Sigs X-series guns with some nice touches over the base model. I really like the little bottomfeeder!

My favorite Sig had the words- Browning BDA on it. The heel release bothered me not at all, I shot it perfctly( for me). Sadly it was my friends and I wasn’t flush enough to buy one. A few years ago I tried a new P220 with the DAK trigger and no magic so I sold it to my secretary for a house gun. I’d love to have an older 220 or a single column P225. Although the P226 trade ins are priced very temptingly.....
That P10 is the show stopper!

Have only two Sigs. A p239 in 40 S&W and a West German P6 in 9mm. Qualified with it for my Louisiana lifetime carry license. Had cataracts at the time and hadn't shot either in some time. She never let me down. Over 200 rounds went down range way more than the number of rounds required. Good shooting day. And some bean counter at Sig decided that the P239 was to be cancelled. Wanted to get one in 9mm. Frank

Being Swiss, the SIG engineers have always been innovators but that innovation was always accompanied with a requirement for high quality. One of those innovations has become a widespread industry standard. When SIG developed the P75 (220) they incorporated a new barrel/slide locking method. The rear of the barrel had a square cross section and the ejection port had a squared off forward edge. This greatly simplified the barrel to slide locking needed in a Browning tilting barrel system. What had previously been handled by a pair of locking lugs machined in the barrel and corresponding cuts machined inside the slide, was now handled by the ejection port and a square profile on the barrel near the breach end. We now see that system on just about any Browning style locked breach pistol.

I've owned several SIG's over the years and still have a few. I've always been impressed with their engineering and workmanship.
Back before small pistols were chambered in 9mm, the 380 Auto was the order of the day for a small pistol. The SIG P230 was the top choice. Although slightly fatter than a PPK, the P230 was easier to shoot and flawless in operation. They were tack drivers too.

I had an older P228 (stamped steel slide) and that was one of the best compact pistols chambered in 9mm. In terms of capacity, size, weight, accuracy and reliability - it is hard to beat.
I still have a P225, AKA P6, it is an old West German police pistol and it is an outstanding pistol.

The ex-wife had a P239, it left with her. I miss that pistol.......

Georgerkahn - I had a few P230 pistols and I don't think there's a better 380 auto pistol made.
The last one I had was purchased from a friend before he deployed to the sandbox. When he came home I gave it back to him and said thank you for your service.

Texas by God, if you find an old P226 that is priced right, I would suggest you grab it. Back before Glock achieved near domination of the U.S. LE market, the P226 was a fairly common sight on the used market. People seem to be holding onto the better ones now and good used P226's are starting to become a little harder to find.

The P225 (P6) and it's double stack brother the P228 are outstanding pistols and I've owned both. I still have the P6 and it will never leave.
My 228 was a Virginia State Police trade-in and even though it was an excellent gun; I prefer the single stack P6.

NICE collection!!! That long slide 220 and two tone 226... 😍:drinks:

I just recently bought my first Sig and went BIG--picked up a P320 Legion to replace my Glock for 3 gun and steel challenge matches. Stellar shooter and one of the smoothest, easiest shooting pistols I've ever had the pleasure of wrapping my meat hooks around!

Beautiful

Osteo, I like it. Both the level 1 and x5 are heavy, smooth and very accurate (for me)
pure and unadulterated range toy fun.
I have to re-adjust the 220 trigger a bit. No creep and nearly a hair trigger.

I have been a SIG fan for 20 plus years. Down sized the past few years but still have a West German 220 and the 228 M11-A1. Best double action semi autos made in my mind. You have a fine collection right there.

You may have guessed that I'm a fan also by my screen name. That P210 is absolutely gorgeous!

I was a Springfield XD fanboy and I do still have a couple of them that I've dropped trigger kits into and are fantastic shooters, but times change. After getting my M17 and putting a DPP on it I'm hooked. The modular system is really interesting to play around with. Liked it enough to pick up a P320 Carry with a Romeo 1. Going to the range is fun again.

Had a German P220 and sold it because it was hard to grip properly and the obsolete mag release. Picked up a German P226, and then a German chrome (nickel?) model P226 (as a potential duty weapon because 1911s were Verboten). Then a "No Easy Day" P226 (still unfired).
My 4th SIG is a P365 XL. That one is almost perfection.
My bucket list SIG is a German P210 Match!
