I think I have discovered a new species. Looking over the fence in the dog pen I located this: A little internet research located a similar looking species. Yup. I have a wingless fruit bat.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200418/a3510f627de0d0ee6efc77f0a35b7ca3.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200418/8534982e432e3d56c1a7f7cd8edf8f30.jpg

Remarkable!
Looking at those teeth the poor fruit don't stand a chance either.
Be careful. they might declare the whole region a National Park or something.

For goodness sake don’t eat one! Especially one 3 days old and under cooked.

I am guessing the real bat makes less noise.

No
The winged variety make a damn racket and stink beyond belief. You can smell them and hear them 100's yards away

That first guy looks like a lil rascal. Cute and looks smart and mischievous. Very nice.

Some of you guys are ...going batty !
We must find an antidote .
It's not repeated applications of Clorox wipes on your hands ...that just makes it worse !

Just don't feed it ever.
It'll follow you home and you'll never get rid of it :kidding:

That pup is a cute little guy. A good dog or cat around sure makes staying home all the time better, I feel bad for people whose living situation doesn't allow pets.
