View Full Version : Does anyone know if USPS still ships overseas?

Howdy folks,
Can someone tell me if USPS still sends parcels and mail internationally despite quarantine? Their website doesn't say anything about that.
Three weeks ago I ordered a mold at BAco, and no news about it for two weeks. Apparently it hasn't crossed the pond...

And another one...
Last week I ordered a tang sight, and it's stuck at San Francisco like my mold, sent last month... Near $400 are at stake.
But what in tarnation is going on in San Francisco??
Somehow I'm reassured, if they're stuck at the same place, they're not lost.... I think!

just a SWAG, but lots of stuff gets sent on passenger airplanes, instead of cargo airplanes. With the huge drop off of commercial flights, that probably has created a backlog for shipping that type of cargo.

Shipped my daughter some supplies in Japan about a month or so ago. But, it went to an APO (military address). Guy at the post office quoted me $90. I told him I shipped a bunch of toys for the grandkids last year for much less in a bigger box. He finally realized it was an APO address and reduced it to $43.

She got her stuff in about two weeks with no issues.

I placed an order for a BACO mold April 4th I think, and it just showed up yesterday. They said from the getgo it was going to be some time to turn around. Plus anything I've had shipped USPS lately has been a disaster, I wouldn't be too worried yet, everything seems super slow lately.
