So, which 'dipper melter/furnace' would you all recommend for say under $200???
Why should 'they' get all the good stuff anyway?

frankly with politics like they are I would recommend a left hand black rifle, possibly in .308.
Just my opinion but that's what I would do.
But if you just HAVE to get a lead pot, the lee 20 lb bottom pour works great for me and is very affordable.

Thanks JE,
I had a .308 black rifle and it didnt work too well for me (AR10), could not get it zeroed at all. I also had a .308 Winchester Tactical bolt gun that I wish I had not sold, 1/2" groups at 200 all day.
So, I'm making my own ammo now, or will be.

frankly I think you are on the right track....far better to have one gun well fed than 100 guns with no ammo.....yes if you take that to mean I am hoarding components you would be correct. I do not drop hints either...I make lists and distribute them. Truth be told though the only ones who ever get it right are my wife and my dad...oh well
