Savage bolt action built for shooting heavy boolits

Started out as a 223, changed the bolt head and obviously the barrel to turn it into a 450 Bushmaster.

Went with a 1:16 twist so I can shoot heavy for caliber cast boolits.

Ideally would like to use Keith style boolits in the 300+gr weights and keep them subsonic.

Will be posting tons of questions in the other forums :)

Was finally able to get a little shooting in.

Had a few different full power loads to try with 300gr j-words and one with Trailboss.

The full power loads did great so I always have an option fall back on if needed.

The Trailboss loads didn't do great, about 2.5" @ 50 yards but were very quiet. Now I want to try some real Boolits!
