Speer 260 gr 451 HPs. Why.

Found a box of them under the computer but I'm not sure what to use them in, being .451. Are they for 1911s? Or do they obturate easily enough to fill up any bore. Being copper color they don't even look like real boolits. lol.

There's so much stuff in my house I never know what might turn up. My living room has a Star sizer mounted to the coffee table with boxes of bullets everywhere. lol. Yeah, I live alone.

The Speer manual says these are only for high power use so I guess that answers the obturation question. In 454 they show them moving over 1700 fps.
