At a yard sale a couple of months ago I found 1800+ by weight for $10.00. I need load info and powder for min and max loads. From the web site " these soft cast (8-9 Brinnel), plain based Cowboy Action lead bullets will increase accuracy and improve scores. With the stay home order I am reloading all the brass I can. Don't load lite bullets for the .32 H&R mag so have no idea.

For a light Cowboy load in .32 H&R brass load 3 grains of Bullseye, TiteGroup, Red Dot or 700X.

In .32 S&W Long brass reduce to 2.5 grains.

IMO, the best weight I have seen for my 32 Mag is 98 gr. I think they should shoot well in your 32 H&R Mag. Use Outposts data and you should be set.

The RCBS Cast Bullet Manual #1 , 32 H&R Magnum , 98 grain cast SWC , sized .314".
Shows loads with 19 different powders from 2400 to Red Dot .
I'm not going to type the min. and max . loads for all 19 powders....so tell me what powders do you have or what powders can you get ... I will be glad to list those for you .

Red Dot : start - 3.1 grs. @ 1018 fps / max.- 3.4 grs. @ 1073 fps

Bullseye : start - 3.1 grs. - @ 1017 fps / max. - 3.5 grs. @ 1092 fps

No data is listed for Universal or Clays shotgun.

Just in case you can get any of the following powders they would work well :

Hope the info helps ,
