No pick up at Mid South Shooting Supply

Friend just sent an email about MidSouth no pick up due to corona.
He lives 3 miles away.
All orders must be mailed.
He's going to call and find out whats going on.
Stores and markets are still open for pick up, what's the difference?????

Clarksville mayor announced a stay at home order for the city, effective today, 4-1-20. I visit them often although I live an hour and a half away.
