If you get bored, rumor has it that it can be tedious,
going from .308 to 7mm-08 first to minimize the crushing,

:???: maybe he doesn't have the 7mm-08 die. IDK, I've not tried to size down 308's that much to try in one shot but i think it would be a chore for sure.
But, since you bring it up now I remember why there is an 8mm Mauser set of dies on the shelf. When by daughter gave me the Yugo I thought I would have to get everything and was surprised to see them there.
