I just ordered some Hi-Tech coated .358 dia boolits from Casting Machine, one of the Vendor Sponsors on this forum.
I am going to try them in my new Marlin 1894 .357 magnum carbine

Do any of you load Hi-Tech coated boolits to rifle velocities in .357 mag? I have only loaded them for handguns
Thanks for any comments and advice!

4given - I'll be interested to see what the responses are - I've been looking at the same coated boolit from Casting Machine to possibly try in my Henry Big Boy Steel .357. I'm assuming you ordered the RNFP version? I hope you'll post some information on your efforts with it - COAL, loads and results. I'm thinking it would e a good one to use - feed well and with the PC (which I don't do) would be a better candidate for the lever gun over my own cast / tumble lubed. Good luck and let us know how you like it!
