Gunshow finds

We had our Gunshow this weekend.
Not much interesting for me.
BUT...............
I did find a few things.
Got a free vibrating shell cleaner.
Bag of lube dies(9), top punches(9), 03 Springfield parts, Trapdoor parts, Foster puller collet, Wilson .308 case gauge, and a Lyman 57RS sight for $60.
AND..............
A sight I've never seen before.
Oxford Lighting Illuminated Gun Sight $15
Not sure how it works yet.
Haven't had a chance to play with it
I did check for any corrosion, and all was good.
I'm guessing it's somekind of red dot sight????

Way cool.

That sight runs on AA batteries instead of the 'coin' ones we use now.

Its more or less a first generation red dot 1X magnification optic sight like a Tasco Pro point.

Put the name in a search engine. It'll take ya to a 2015 article in American Rifleman about it.

Ya never know what you might find. All our gun shows are canceled.

gooberment just announced all public events canceled.
Telling everyone to stay shut-up at home.
Went to the mall today to drop off newspapers to the pet store.
Empty at 11am when I left.
More workers than customers.
Feel sorry for them.

So I tried the sight.
Put some batteries and adjusted it, and it works.
I'm kind of surprised it does.
Kind of a yellow dot. Not red.
Interesting sight.
