Don’t get any of the liquid on your skin. Wear protective clothing. The lead acetate will get into your skin. I would even consider tossing your clothes. Don’t poor any of it down the drain. You should bring it to your local hazardous waste drop off.
Not sure if fumes are safe either....
I just used water and scrubbing in my old LEE 4-20. I let it boil for a few minutes, then scrub, open up the dripper. it cleaned up pretty good.

I was going to try it on my old SAECO pot but found we didn't have enough H2O2 so when I got some more she had used up the last of the viegar so I just used water and rinsed it till it stopped turning brown and it looks good , I was surprised it was clean to the iron some light rust . I think I will just oil it and put it away like that.

I gotta confess , I have never cleaned any of my pots other than fluxing and scraping around with a spoon with a wooden handle , I have learned to never drain the last inch or two of lead through the spout , pour it over the side into an ingot mold most of my dripping and clogged spout problems disappeared when I quit draining through the spout.
