I don't know what they run in Canada. It would be 50-100 high in that condition round here. It has a blackhawk hammer however.

The Ruger site lists the SBH MFG price at $669.00 dollars. I don't know what that translates to in Canadian but it means a SBH should start around $550.00 to $600.00 in new condition in American dollars.
A used one in very good or better should run around 20 to 30% less than the new price. At least that about how it works in my location. Maybe someone can chime in with a Blue Book value which would be more accurate.

Thats what? $380.00 US doesn't seem that bad to me.

That’s about what a shooter grade Blackhawk goes for around here and they sell fairly quick. Bazoo is right about that hammer so be sure to check the action closely.

It's a converted 3-screw. If that's OK with you, it's a fair price.

I'd rather have a new model or a converted 3 screw. I like the safety of the transfer bar system, not to mention keeping it loaded with 6.

The picture is not easy to study. BUT,,,,,,, it is definitely a 3 screw,, Old Model. And,, it MAY be a Flattop version. Hard to tell from the upside down picture & angle. If the serial number is 29860 or less,, it'd have the correct hammer for a FT OM. Again,,, the OM Supers also had identical serial numbers,, so look at the mainframe,, and if it says "Blackhawk" and not Super Blackhawk,, it's a true FT. If the main frame says; Super Blackhawk" then the hammer isn't correct & likely a converted one.
So,, if it's a true, unmolested OM FT 44,, then it can easily be worth the money asked.

Look at the main frame,, look at the action for a safety transfer bar,, and then make the decision.

Square back trigger guard, unfluted cylinder and rear sight ribs---it's a Super.

It's a Frankin SBH,parts gun. Just SBH not Flat top which is a Blackhawk not SBH. I would hold out for something better. I only own 3screw models but would rather have a good new model than a gun someone has played with. I can't tell much on condition from picture.

Good eye bisleyfan. I was trying to see the topstrap & the upside down picture had me NOT paying attention to other details.
