Finally got my Star Lubesizer to work Properly.

I purchased a Star from evilbay. It came with a factory .356 die. Never could get it to lube properly. Lube went everywhere, didn't fill up the grove. Lathesmith made me a new die with only one set of holes, added an extra hole because the groove on the 135MM slippery Nose boolits is really deep. After just one adjustment on my top punch, the Star began cranking out sized and lubed boolits like I couldn't believe. Grove completely filled, no lube anywhere else. Thanks Lathesmith.

Those Star Lubersizers will amaze you if you are used to the other type of push pull, pluck style lubersizers. You have to plug the unneeded holes in the stock Star die with lead shot if you don't want lube all over the nose of the bullet. Great machines those Stars. I have three dies and two bullet punches that Lathesmith made for me, they work fine at 1/2 the cost of the Star dies. Great guy!
