If you have a strong belief, savor it. But don’t waste your time trying to convince others. They will make their own choices no matter what you tell them, and it will only bring you frustration. Live your faith and set an example. Live true to your beliefs and let that memory sway them.

Most of us have learned those lessons. Just add, quit talking about your surgeries. Smile when others talk about their health. Cardio guy says I'm good for another 6. IMHO he reffering to my battery.

Not there yet but getting close. Good advice that my wife already takes to heart, and which has helped keep her young and vital. Her friends wonder why she looks twenty five years younger than she is. I'm trying to keep up. This is a good reminder. Thanks!
