I've never had much luck getting them to respond to an email, but they do answer the phone. Just my experience, YMMV.

I have never had a response to emails either. Call them. Al usually answers the phone and will be quite willing to help.

BigBore45, I emailed NOE last Monday (02/03/20) and received a reply from them on Tuesday. Maybe, try emailing one more time and if you don't receive a reply within a few business days, then call them. Either way, it would be nice if you could come back to this thread and let us know what worked. My quick email reply from them last week may have just been a "fluke". Treetop

Same. Never a reply to electronic communications. Phone is answered promptly and questions are always addressed in a helpful and courteous manner.

I do not bother to email him . I just call them when I place a order and AL is always the one I talk with.Also if I have any problems or need anything else or If I have anything to ask him about .

I emailed Al with a question yesterday. I received an answer just now.
