That is a beauty! My Faz is a 1950, shows just a little use, and has a beautiful bore. It is one sweet shooter. The unissued ones still show up sometimes. Usually for top dollar....

I saw on of those at auction on Gunbroker yesterday. Was going to bump the bid in the last hour but could not get logged back on.
Guess god didn't want me to have one.
That rifle is truly a work of old world craftsmanship.
You're lucky to have it.

Wow, thats is the deal of the century.

I gladly paid $460 for my Faz No4Mk2 in the wrap in 2001. Took me days to get all the cosmoline off. Broke her in like a match rifle and developed a great shooting load with 174gr Sierra Match Kings and IMR 4064. I use that rifle for mil surp bolt rifle matches and she always draws a crowd.

Enjoy her, I love mine.

That Greek ammo is good shooting stuff too, all the good 303 mil surp amo dried up some time ago. That Greek was some of the best ever.
