old lube

could boolits loaded 15 years ago with 45/ 45/ 10 and appear to be " dry " ; be dipped into Hoppes molypaste prior to shooting to help prevent leading?

I've got some older than that with off the shelf Lyman orange lube, and they seem to still be fine.

I'd warm one up and see if the lube gets soft.
If it does, bearing in mind- the barrel will heat it up more, you should be OK.
