I have an new unfired Uberti 24' octagonal bbl rifle, with color case frame.. can anyone tell me what it should sell for on a table at a gun show ?

Well, of course, the answer is sell it for what you can.

A 20" '73 eyetalian in .38 caliber goes for about 800 to 900, used. A deluxe (pistol grip stock) will bring a bit more (maybe 50 to 100).

Since .45s are more abundant and less desirable, you are probably looking at 100 to 150 less. (Usually, by the time action shooters have over-run their '92 and then their Marlin, and are ready for a toggle link rifle, they are also ready to ditch the blowback associated with the Colt's cartridge and get on with a more competitive chambering)

Since 24 inch barrels are less desirable for action competition, you are probably looking at 50 to 100 less. (long barrels don't work so well around props and through windows)

So, somewhere between 650 and 800 most likely.

Because of the caliber and barrel length, entertain any offers that come your way would be my suggestion.

You could price it at 800 and be prepared to lower the price to 700 without hesitation. If it were mine, that's what I'd expect.
