Undersize 457125

I have a 457125 that casts an undersize and out of round boolit. It casts a boolit that is .452 to .456 with acww. I have thought about casting softer boolits and paper patching for my hunting partners Pedersoli Sharps. My patching has been limited to teflon thread tape with a 45.70 about 25 years ago that worked very well. Any comments or information would be appreciated. Neil
