I have one of each 8mm cases that are stamped 7.92 42 etc. was wondering if these are collectible and what their value is.

If Boxer primed, these were either US or Canadian WW2 production, loaded for the Besa machineguns in British and Canadian tanks.

Stuff is very common. Not collectible, but the ammo was good, and so is the fired brass. .

I had some of the WW II 8mm Canadian ammo. Boxer primed, and marked 41 & 42 if I remember right. I bought all the guy had at a gun show. Shot some, gave some to friends who had old 98 mausers, and then gave the rest to my son for his SVW code 98 Mauser. I have reloaded those cases several time and they are still going strong. If I remember, the loads were pretty hot of 8mm and they were marked MM. james

7.62's seem to be around a lot as well. Mine are Lake City.
