I have an old Benjamin pump up .177 that needs rebuild. Who does this? Thanks

Search for Baker air guns.
They can fix it, or sell a kit, including a very reasonably priced special tool including instructions so you can fix it.

There's a guy in Greenville, Texas that sells parts for them.

I got a kit for my .22 single shot that's a 1967 issue.
Doing the rebuild was no big deal, and I think the pump is a little better than the original.

If it was me, I'd ring Pyramid Air,and/or Airgun Depot, et cetera -- if these folks do not render in house good repairs, I'd be most surprised if they didn't know someone, or a firm, that does. Several years back a S&W CO2 air pistol my son was using "died", and I took it to a gunsmith who professed to be an airgun master. WRONG! Perhaps I was just unlucky -- but this is basis for my suggestion to check with a "big" place. Good luck!

Baker Airguns or Mac1 steroids.

There's some experts over at https://airgunguild.com/index.php that would know how to do the repair or guide you to the appropriate facility.
