Does 4th Edition of Veral Smith's Book Exist?

I'm interested in getting a copy of Jacketed Performance from Cast Bullets. Did the 4th edition get printed? Has anyone received a copy?

I bought mine in late 2017, I believe. Here is a pic. Unsure if this means I have edition 3 or 4, although "Fourth edition printed January 2014" seems to indicate the latter.

He was working on an updated version. I had an email back and forth with him and he said to send a check and he would send me a copy when he was done.

I saw that the check cashed a few days ago... So, I'm hoping he finished and sent it to me.
