Picked up my new long tom 27-2 today!

Hi guys! My amendment went through, so I was off to the county clerks office, then the gun shop!

I'm talking about the nickel 8 3/8ths 27-2 I posted about last week. Here are more pictures (Nickel guns are HARD to photograph!!)

I found just a few little flaws.
I think the front sight may have gotten bunked or banged. I see a little flat spot, don't know if the picture shows it

I think there maybe a few freckles in the nickel right at the frame curve

And finally, there may be a bit of warpage in the grips. There is a small gap

I think I did pretty good! I plan on shooting it tomorrow, I'll follow up with a range report.

Just wish there were a few more of fine pieces like that hitting my local LGS.
