My old Lyman book may have it. I'll have a look later. I would think .300 Win mag data would interchange with .308 Norma for CAST but I've been wrong berfore. Found it.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191223/9dfdc0f327817046b30dfbdd8c561e43.jpg

Personally I would just use 30-06 data from the Lyman Third CBH, leaning on the faster burning rifle powders. The increase in case capacity will drop pressure anyway. But that’s just me.
Norma got their magnums right IMO.

Was thinking about using 300 h&h or 300 win data with a 10% drop in charge, what do you think? have no doubt that the action will take it , have a 1917 enfield that is being converted also have a enfield that is a 300 win.

That is exactly what I was going to suggest. Provided you steer clear of the absolute top end J-word data, you should be just fine. Most cast data is less than 40,000 psi anyways, so I would dive into my Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook, look to the 300 win mag pages starting loads and I would soon be off to the range.

Well rintinglen will be off to the range when I get my barreled action back from the gunsmith that is chambering it , also needs to warm up a bit . thanks for your input
