Hodgdon website shotgun Data

so im looking at there (Hodgdon) 12 guage in 2 3/4 STS/Nitro/27/Gunclub
lead buckshot #4 and 00
it doesnt say, crimp or fold
heck they dont even give me a choice of powders :) but I do have HS-6

Can I roll crimp these with a BMI clear shot card ? cut hull 1/4 inch above load+card-- and them roll
because it would make it easy to see compared to my other loads I crimp

I believe I read on here that roll crimps give less pressure compared to the same load in a crimp, ? true ?

I DO NOT like loading FULL bore Loads, my old shoulder cant take it, so I pritty much go with the lightest load I can find in the book,
