The book calls for Federal 150 in all there loads,

Im looking to load #4 Buckshot, in
Magtech 12ga. brass shotshells
A beginning load -- NOT a hot load
Swiss 1Fg,, 1 1/2 Fg on hand and I think got to go check 2FFg
Have the Cards and wads,
as ive loaded before but cant find my paperwork on the load,as to the primer I used, (out of this mess of primers I have)
and powder charge/lead ect,
so im looking for help on a load with what I have on hand

Heres the primers I have on hand
Federal 215 Large Magnum
Winchester WSPM
Winchester WLR
CCI
No. 200,,250,,350,,400,,550
and
Sellier&Bellot 4,4 SP Boxer primers

you should be able to do this with what you have...

not sure about your brassshell though. I have all brass shells that go 209 primers... you just gunna have to pick the appropriate primer (i use the cci 200) and get your 2ffg out. 2f is the proper size grain, 1 1/2 is a bit slow burning and to big in my opinion. black powder loads follow pretty basic rules, but basically a fairly gentle load would be 2 1/2 drams BP for 1 oz of shot. on my scale a dram of my BP weighs about 27 grains.. drop the proper amount of powder in, add nitro (hard) card, build up your wad column, add the shot to the proper height, cover it with a over shot card, glue, crimp or whatever you do to keep it in place. you should get a BP shotgun measuring scooper if your gunna do this to have in your reloading tools... they have all this measuring stuff laid out for ya... and they are usually under 20 bucks on ebay.
