IMR Target Powder

I was just going through some more of my brothers reloading stiff and found a big jug of IMR Target powder. I have never used this before but would like to try it in my .38's. Anyone know what the VDM is for this powder so I could us the Lee Auto Disk powder measure to load these up.

Would it be like Bullseye powder from my understanding, the reason they came out with it .
