Some of the old timers here will remember DA Wallace, from Queensland. I got a message from his wife that David had passed after a long fight with cancer.
I enjoyed talking with David on the phone, although I nearly needed a translator to understand the accent and vocabulary. He was a talented boat builder, bow maker, and all round outdoors man. We are diminished.
