Greetings CB! I need help!

I enjoy collecting old or unusual equipment and found this beauty! I generally scroll right on by these "old vintage unknown reloaders" since they are almost always bottle cappers. Turns out, this one is/isn't! This machine almost certainly started life as a bottle capper built by "SY-FILL" but morphed into a 38spl loader. The only markings are "SY-FILL", "PAT PEND", and "Made in USA". It has a Lyman 310 seating die and primer feed mechanism on one side and a decapping/sizing die on the other. The majority of the machine is cast iron and machined steel but some parts are brass (primer feed mechanism). Is this a factory prototype? If its a home shop project, it was produced by someone with incredible machining skills. Its pretty grungy right now but will clean up nicely. Everything moves freely and seems to be fully adjustable.

Help me out here!! Pressman, have you ever seen anything like this?

Looks like a reworked bottle corker/capper to me, but really cool idea.
