I couldn’t be happier with these sights. If you’re looking for a way to improve your guide gun, this is what I highly recommend. The rear peep is the lowest profile available from what I’ve seen, and affords an excellent cheek weld. Since the installation, my groups have shrunk from 3” to 1” at 50 yards. The protective wings should prove to be a benefit to those who ( God forbid) may drop their rifles on hard surfaces. I have 2 front sight posts ; one pictured here which has been narrowed to simulate the AR15 front sight, and another which I left alone. I’d like to hear from other shooters who may be using these sights . Whaddaya think?251246251249251251251252251253251254

I have the usual Skinner front and rear peep on my GG, but this set looks like it would be good insurance for a real working gun. GF

Looks like the windage knob needs turning down, to me.

I've been searching for something along those lines for two marlins and possible a W94.

Currently have Williams Foolproof, but those just invite fiddling with the sights all the time and are a little too much for me.

That knob is actually a removable set screw for the elevation adjustment . It allows for quick changes in the field. (An option from Andy Larson at Skinner)

What do you think of these for your Marlins and 94?252573

I don't like them at all! Never have. To me they look like an after thought.

I sorta like the ones you posted, but I'd have to fix that knob.

I was thinking along the lines of an M1 carbine or Springfield 03A3 with the base configured, welded and fitted, for the Marlin.

The knob is merely a substitute for the screw. I have both.

Well, if they come with a screw, maybe the cats meow. I'll have to look em up.
