trouble uploading pictures.

can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? every time I try to upload pictures it say's error uploading. i have not uploaded for a long time. any help would be appreciated. I'm sure this is not the correct place to ask this but i am not sure what is. thanks

I download the photo to computer, then open photo with either Paint or Microsoft Picture Manager and do a resize to 50%. You can also rotate if not in the proper orientation. Then save changes.

If the file is too large it won’t work. Not sure if the size requirement but have to do similar to above

How about for those of us that only have a phone ?
