Wild turkey breasts, very good, wild turkey thighs, very good. But wild turkey legs just filled with way toooo much boney junk, cat food. In my humble opinion.

Boil the legs to make stock for turkey and dumplings, add seasonings to taste...………….robin

We will crock pot the legs on low all day and make turkey veggie soup.
