is this the year they switched back to machined steel receivers? Also, does it have the adjustment screw in the bottom of the lever plate, to adjust for wear. If the answer to both these questions is yes, I am very interested.

There is a screw at the bottom of the lever plate.

It looks like machined steel to me. How can you tell?
