Is 10.35mm Italian Ordinance ammo still manufactured anywhere? I have a friend who has a Bodeo Model 1889 revolver that takes this ammo. I read somewhere on the intertubes that Fiocchi still makes it, but the discussion on that was years ago and I don't see any mention of it on the Fiocchi website.

I believe I also read about people having mixed results with modified 44 special cases or something along those lines as well. I just don't know where to start with modifying cases and would like to get a least some factory ammo for my friend to try out and then go from there.

Does anyone have experience and or knowledge about this ammo?

Here is an article I read years ago. Always have been interested, but never bought one.

Hope this helps

Thanks for that link. I didn't realize that the 10.4mm ammo was the same thing. However, from the article it seems easier just to make my own. I'm not expecting a whole lot out of the gun, but it would be a treat to shoot and my friend who owns the gun would be thrilled. Thanks again!
