Very shooty weekend!

This evening a co-worker wanted me to take him to the range. Well of course! Let's go sling some lead down the range! My co-worker is from China, they cannot own guns and there are no shooting ranges. So, I took the .22 rifle my Glock 35 and my CZ52. We went through the full range from puff to BANG. We started shooting the CZ with some old WW2 machine gun rounds and the guy next to us shooting the 44 mag leaned over asking what we were shooting. ;)

Tomorrow, steel match. All 44 mag - revolver + henry lever gun... Oh and my 12 gauge for the shotgun part...

Sunday is clean-a-thon followed by cast-a-thon as a lot of guns are gonna be dirty and I'm almost out of 40, 44 and 45s...

Win, win, win, win (and probably a couple more wins!) I’d say you had a great weekend all the way around with a bonus for your co-worker. It doesn’t get much better than that! :drinks:

Man fun couple days!
Didn't do too well in the match, but had a lot of fun...
After the steel match, my buddy wanted to sight in his new rifle and so we went to the rifle range. I took my Henry and shot up some of those full house 44 mags and smoked a bunch of clays. I put a bunch at 50 yards, 75 yards and I had 3 at 100 yards (due to space). I smoked the three clays with three rounds - that gun is so good... Anyway, I am not quite sure why, but every time I pop one of those clays, I giggle a little.

We get a fair number of my wife's overseas relatives visiting as house guests. Pretty much expected is that want to shop, see the local sights, and shoot, and not necessarily in that order.
