I made a mispost, put the wrong picture on another subject, so Buckshot said I might use it here.
This is my little plinker, a repro Hopkins and Allen underhammer of about 1840-1850.
Made by Numrich Ams in the 1960-1975 time period, Dixie sold a bunch of them. This is the buggy carbine in .36, 21" barrel, one piece barrel and action, no breech plug.
Only 2 real moving parts, the hammer and the trigger, the trigger guard is the main spring and there is a very small coil spring for the trigger.
I make .36 min'ies from a 105gr swc and a 158 gr rn swc by drilling the base out with a center drill in my minilathe.
A 30gr load of 777 gives the 105gr about 1400fps and the 158 gr about 1250 fps.
Really makes a nice plinking/rabbit/ squirrel gun, groups about 1" at 50 yds, 3 shot groups, with the 105 swc,1 1/2" with the 158gr.
Numrich made quite a few, mine was bought in '67 and was # 10,xxx serial #

This is a picture of my 62 cal, but the very first one that I made, was a 20" 36 cal buggy. It has gone thru several improvements, but still a favorite of mine!
