Can you believe it? Went to the gun show, and a 336A followed me right out the door! Nice bore, looks great, very minor surface rust, that will respond nicely to 0000 and WD40. For $250. I think I got a deal...:-D

Good buys are out there... you have to be willing to pick up (with permission 1st) a boolit launcher that is rusty..maybe ugly.
I bought at a show a rusty Winny 94 but a great interior in 30-30. Same show also found a Winny 375 barrel that after some thread re-cutting is mounted to my un-rusted Winny reciever. It looks like it is a Typhoid survivor... but it does launch 375 boolits nicely (at 38-55 pressures).
