I once or twice bought a bottom pour valve from a dude named big black. Is that dude still around?

If you go to his website, you'll see ONLY a letter (dated 8-1-2018) from his wife, that both of them are retired and all business has ceased due to health reasons and being 80 yrs old. The rest of the website have been taken down. (Tree Climber dot com)

I don't think so.

Mixed emotions are more along the lines of seeing your mother in law going over a cliff in your new Cadillac.

Sadly this is true. There are several members who have just disappeared over the years that I have wondered about.
